Job summary

VIVO Infusion is seeking a dedicated Infusion Registered Nurse to join our Toledo, OH team on a per diem basis. You will provide safe, effective patient care, administer infusion treatments, mix medications, and perform IV insertions in accordance with regulations and policies.

The role requires current RN licensure, a nursing degree, CPR/BLS, and IV experience. You will monitor patients, document assessments, and collaborate with the Clinical Operations Manager to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN licensure.
• Graduate of accredited Nursing Associates/Bachelor’s degree.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Minimum of 1yr IV experience.
• Certification in specialty/CRNI preferred.
• ICU/ED experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within scope of practice.
• Calculate, mix, and administer medications daily.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after infusion.
• Document assessments and communicate with medical staff.
• Perform IV insertion accurately.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and complete daily charting.
