Vanguard is seeking a strategic leader to own and evolve the organization’s tokenization strategy, shaping enterprise priorities and industry direction. You will partner with senior executives, business leaders, and technologists to drive innovation and create measurable client and ecosystem value.

You will collaborate across architecture, product, and engineering to translate strategic initiatives into actionable roadmaps, while mentoring colleagues in tokenization and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Leads tokenization strategy development and execution, aligning with objectives.
• Identifies, evaluates, and prioritizes tokenization use cases based on value, feasibility, and regulations.
• Monitors industry trends and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and risks.
• Serves as advisor to senior leadership, translating market and tech developments into strategic recommendations.
• Partners with business, technology, legal, compliance, and risk to develop adoption roadmaps.
• Drives discovery and experimentation with innovation engineering to test feasibility and readiness.
• Evaluates external platforms and partnerships for build-vs-buy decisions.
• Represent the organization in industry forums and strategic engagements.
