Job summary

Vanguard seeks a strategic leader to chart the tokenization strategy, partnering with senior executives and technologists to guide the firm's innovation agenda. This high-visibility role influences enterprise strategy, industry conversations, and capital markets participation.

You will evaluate opportunities, define priorities, and translate market, regulatory, and technology developments into actionable roadmaps and partnerships with business, legal, compliance, and risk stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Curious, adaptable, bias for action, willing to tackle ambitious projects.
• 8+ years in strategy, product management, innovation, or related fields.
• Experience in tokenization, digital assets, blockchain, and capital markets infrastructure.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent; graduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the tokenization strategy aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Evaluate tokenization use cases considering demand, value, impact, and feasibility.
• Monitor industry trends, regulation, and technology to identify opportunities and risks.
• Translate market and regulatory developments into actionable strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
