Calculated Hire is seeking a senior Digital Assets Strategy & Execution Lead to drive tokenization and custody initiatives within a large financial institution. You will bridge business strategy and delivery, translating goals into executable roadmaps, governance, and workstreams in a fast-moving, regulated environment.

This is a senior, business-side role requiring independence, strategic thinking, and the ability to pair market perspective with practical implementation in tokenized securities

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting Digital Assets, Tokenization, Blockchain, or related initiatives.
• Strong understanding of the securities lifecycle and post-trade operations.
• Experience developing strategic roadmaps and operating models.
• Ability to lead cross-functional sessions with exec stakeholders.
• Regulatory considerations in implementing digital assets within a bank.

Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of enterprise Digital Assets and Tokenization initiatives across Corporate & Investment Banking.
• Partner with executive leadership to translate strategic objectives into actionable workstreams, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Help define future-state operating models supporting tokenized securities, digital custody, collateral, and blockchain-enabled settlement.
• Lead cross-functional working sessions across Operations, Technology, Product, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and other enterprise teams.
• Evaluate how tokenization and digital asset capabilities will affect existing workflows.
