Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. is seeking a Product Leader to drive tokenization and distributed ledger strategy within the Fidelity Wealth ecosystem.

You will lead cross-functional teams across Brokerage, Digital Assets, and Asset Management to define roadmaps, pilots, and scalable implementations. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, deep brokerage domain knowledge, and a track record of delivering complex initiatives in a matrixed organization, with focus on risk, compliance, and operational

Qualifications

Solid understanding of tokenization, blockchain/DLT, and digital asset markets.
Strong knowledge of brokerage platforms and operational workflows including trading, clearing, settlement, custody, and client servicing.
7–10 years (DIR) or 10–15 years (VP level) in product management, strategy, or financial services transformation.
Proven ability to work across complex, matrixed organizations and deliver cross-functional initiatives.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills.
Effective communication and stakeholder management, with ability to influence without direct authority.
Experience working with regulatory, compliance, or risk teams in a financial services environment.

Responsibilities

Define and execute tokenization strategy across Fidelity's ecosystem.
Bridge tokenization initiatives with core brokerage platforms and workflows.
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to scaled implementation.
Collaborate across business units, legal, risk, and operations teams.
Stay ahead of tokenization, blockchain trends, and market infrastructure developments.
