You will partner with multiple business units to deliver practical use cases and scalable solutions across front, middle, and back office.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of tokenization, blockchain/DLT, and digital asset markets.
• Deep knowledge of brokerage platforms and associated operations.
• Experience leading cross‑functional programs across large, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Fidelity's multi‑year tokenization strategy aligned to business priorities.
• Bridge tokenization initiatives with core brokerage platforms and workflows.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across product, engineering, legal, risk, and operations.
• Own end‑to‑end product lifecycle from concept to pilot to scaled implementation.
• Stay current on tokenization, blockchain trends, and market infrastructure.
• Contribute to governance, standards, and regulatory alignment for tokenization initiatives.
