Qualifications

• Solid understanding of tokenization, blockchain/DLT, and digital asset markets.
• Strong knowledge of brokerage platforms and operational workflows, including trading, clearing, settlement, custody, and client servicing.
• 7–10 (DIR) or 10–15 (VP level) years of experience in product management, strategy, or financial services transformation.
• Experience working with regulatory, compliance, or risk teams in a financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Fidelity's multi-year tokenization strategy with business alignment.
• Act as a bridge between tokenization initiatives and Fidelity’s core brokerage platforms.
• Lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, legal, risk, and operations.
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through pilot to scaled implementation.
• Stay current on tokenization, blockchain, and market infrastructure trends.
• Contribute to governance frameworks, standards, and regulatory alignment.
