Job summary

STK Baltimore is seeking a reliable ToGo Specialist to be the face of our brand for guests ordering takeout or curbside pickup. You will welcome guests, take orders, and ensure a smooth, accurate handoff.

Daily responsibilities include processing orders on POS and third‑party platforms, coordinating with kitchen and expo, and maintaining a clean, well‑presented takeout station. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required to deliver STK-quality service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a guest service or takeout position in a high-volume restaurant preferred
• Knowledge of POS systems and third-party delivery platforms (e.g., Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and guest satisfaction
• Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and delivering elevated guest experiences
• Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with STK brand standards
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift to 25 lbs.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and assist takeout guests in person and over the phone

• Ensure all to-go orders are packaged correctly, promptly, and with proper presentation standards
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and expo team to ensure order accuracy and timing
• Verify all food items, sauces, utensils, and packaging before guest pickup or delivery handoff
• Always maintain a clean and organized ToGo station
• Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
• Assist with curbside pickup when applicable
• Monitor online order channels and promptly resolve order issues or delays
• Provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and a smile

What You’ll Do
