Job summary

BBQ Holdings, Inc. seeks a friendly To Go Specialist/Cashier to guide guests through menu choices and ensure a great takeaway experience. You will assist customers, take orders, and support your team across front-of-house tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include bussing tables, maintaining clean workstations, expediting orders, and running food as needed. Prior restaurant experience is a plus; a positive attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing, basic math and effective communication skills required.
• English language and professional communications skills are required.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Must have problem solving abilities, be self-motivated, and organized.
• Capable of handling multiple priorities; staying calm under pressure and using good judgment.
• Able to use tablets, POS equipment and telephones with detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Share menu knowledge with Guests to ensure a great experience at home or in the office.
• Be punctual, support fellow Team Members and complete side duties as needed.
