Job summary

BBQ Holdings, Inc. is seeking a To Go Specialist/Cashier to help guests enjoy our meals at home or in the office. You will guide guests through the menu and help ensure a great takeaway experience.

You will work with a friendly team, handle bus/service duties, and use tablets and POS systems to process orders with accuracy. Training is provided, and a flexible schedule supports growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing, basic math and effective communication skills required.
• English language and professional communications skills are required.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Must have problem solving abilities, be self-motivated, and organized.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and process payments accurately using tablets and POS systems.
• Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations and expediting orders.
• Support fellow team members to ensure a smooth guest experience, whether at home or in the office.

Who We're Looking For....

As a To Go Specialist/Cashier, you will share with our Guests your knowledge of the menu allowing them to have a great experience at home or in their office. We expect you to be punctual, to support your fellow Team Members, and complete side duties that include but may not be limited to bussing tables, cleaning workstations, expediting orders and running food.

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred
• Previous server or restaurant experience preferred
