Job summary

Famous Dave's in Smyrna, TN is seeking a friendly To Go Specialist/Cashier to help guests place orders for pickup or office delivery. You will use our menu knowledge to ensure a great experience and accurate, speedy service.

Ideal candidates are punctual, team players, with basic math and communication skills, able to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment. Prior restaurant experience is preferred; training is provided.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Previous server or restaurant experience preferred.
• Excellent reading, writing and basic math skills.
• Good English communication and professional communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Share menu knowledge with guests to ensure a great to-go experience.

Who we're looking for....

As a To Go Specialist/Cashier, you will share with our Guests your knowledge of the menu allowing them to have a great experience at home or in their office. We expect you to be punctual, to support your fellow Team Members, and complete side duties that include but may not be limited to bussing tables, cleaning workstations, expediting orders and running food.
