Job summary

Josh Pros LLC is seeking a TOGAF-certified Enterprise Architect for a 100% onsite contract in Houston, TX. The role covers business, data, application and technology domains, translating strategy into target-state architecture and an actionable roadmap.

You will own roadmaps, governance, and reference architectures, collaborating with business and IT leadership to align tech investments with outcomes. 100% onsite; W-2 contract; rate based on experience.

Qualifications

TOGAF certification (active) required.
Proven Enterprise Architect experience across business, data, application and technology domains.
Hands-on experience building target-state architectures and multi-year roadmaps.
Experience with cloud architecture and modernization of legacy estates.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and govern enterprise architecture across business, data, application and technology.
Own architecture roadmaps, capability models, and reference architectures.
Chair architecture review board and define standards and governance.
Align technology investments with business outcomes.
Guide cloud, integration, and modernization strategy; build-vs-buy decisions.
Review designs for alignment with standards, security, scalability and cost.
Produce artefacts and present trade-offs to executives.
