Ideal candidates bring 1+ years of toddler experience, CPR/First Aid certification, and a passion for nurturing young learners in a warm, safe environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on experience with toddlers in early childhood settings.
• CPR and First Aid certification currently active.
• Solid understanding of child development principles.
• Clear, friendly communication with children, families, and teammates.
• Patience, flexibility, and genuine enthusiasm for toddlers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities rooted in play-based learning.
• Create a safe, warm classroom where toddlers feel secure enough to explore and try new things.
• Nurture social skills and emotional growth through everyday moments and interactions.
• Track developmental milestones and keep families informed with updates that matter.
