Job summary

The Learning Experience Sanford is seeking a dedicated Toddler Teacher to guide early learning in a warm, inviting classroom. You will design hands-on activities, support social and emotional growth, and help our toddlers build the foundation for curiosity through play.

With 1+ years of toddler experience and CPR/First Aid, you’ll partner with families and fellow teachers to track development, keep lessons engaging, and maintain a tidy, welcoming space that toddlers love.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on experience with toddlers in an early childhood setting.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• A solid understanding of child development principles.
• Clear, friendly communication with children, families, and teammates alike.
• Patience, flexibility, and genuine enthusiasm for the toddler years.

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
