The Learning Experience Sanford is hiring a Toddler Teacher to design hands-on, play-based lessons that support early curiosity and independence. You will guide social and emotional growth while documenting milestones for families and collaborating with colleagues to enrich our curriculum.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ years of toddler experience, CPR/First Aid certification, and a passion for nurturing young learners in a warm, safe environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on experience with toddlers in early childhood settings.
• CPR and First Aid certification currently active.
• Solid understanding of child development principles.
• Clear, friendly communication with children, families, and teammates.
• Patience, flexibility, and genuine enthusiasm for toddlers.
