The Wright Business Group LLC is seeking an experienced Toddler Daycare Teacher to support children's intellectual, psychological, and physical growth. The ideal candidate is nurturing, patient, and creative, with a passion for helping children learn and reach their potential.

You will plan developmentally appropriate activities, design weekly lesson plans, provide basic care, and evaluate milestones while communicating progress to parents and families.

Qualifications

• Experience as a toddler daycare teacher or childcare provider
• Strong understanding of child development
• Patient, kind, and nurturing
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
• First aid/CPR certification required

Responsibilities

• Plan games and activities that are developmentally appropriate
• Design a lesson plan with their weekly schedule
• Provide basic care and caregiving activities
• Evaluate children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones
• Communicate with parents and update them on their children’s activities
