ALL ABOUT LEARNING LLC is seeking a Toddler Teacher to nurture learning for children aged 15 months to 2.9 years. The role focuses on social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development while building positive relationships with families and educators.

Qualifications

• Experience with toddlers 15 months to 2.9 years is preferred.
• Knowledge of licensing, health and safety standards is required.
• Ability to complete background checks and EEC requirements on an annual basis.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, welcoming classroom for every child.
• Plan developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with standards.
• Support social-emotional growth and independence.
• Observe and document developmental progress and maintain portfolios.
• Communicate regularly with parents about daily activities and milestones.
• Collaborate with staff to support program goals and improvement.
