Paycom - ATS is hiring a Toddler Teacher for a full-year role in Piqua, OH. The position requires a high school diploma or GED with a CDA or equivalent, with potential for an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education.

The role involves planning activities, supervising children, and partnering with families to support early learning and safety. Wages range from $15.44 to $22.09 per hour, with benefits and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with a CDA or equivalent; CDA program completion within two years of start date.
• Associate’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds, stoop, bend, and reach; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement the Head Start educational program for preschool children.
• Collaborate with Head Teacher, Family Advocate, and families to support learning and engagement.
• Prepare the learning environment, materials, daily routine, group times, outdoor time, and meals.
• Ensure child safety with supervision and a safe, sanitary, and organized environment.
• Assist in development screenings and support family engagement activities.
• Occasionally participate in home visits and parent/teacher conferences as requested.

Education

High school diploma or GED with a CDA or equivalent

Associate’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
