Job summary

Acquire4Hire is seeking a nurturing Toddler Teacher for a full‑time schedule in Connecticut. You will plan and deliver engaging activities, support early learning, and maintain a safe classroom with two teachers.

Flexible hours and a right-at-home vibe are valued as part of a small private preschool environment. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, prior toddler experience, and CT-compliant first aid, CPR, and medication certifications.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with toddlers or in early childhood settings.
• First aid certification as per CT requirements.
• CPR certification as per CT requirements.
• Medication administration certification as per CT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement lessons to support social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Encourage self-expression and flexible, positive behavior reinforcement.
• Attend to basic needs and maintain a clean, safe classroom.
• Potty training and mediating conflicts between students.
• Liaise with families to discuss progress and home life insights.
• Ensure a safe, nurturing learning environment with two teachers present.
