Job summary

Guiding Hands Christian Academy and Childcare in California is seeking a Toddler Teacher to provide a safe, nurturing environment that supports social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development for toddlers. You will create engaging, developmentally appropriate activities and document progress for families.

You will also maintain a warm, structured classroom, collaborate with a team, and ensure licensing and program policies are followed.

Responsibilities

• Creates lesson plans that are balanced and appropriate to toddler development levels

• Facilitates and maintains childcare licensing standards, quality star standards and program policies
