You will plan developmentally appropriate lessons, document learning with displays, and maintain open daily communication with families while upholding licensing standards.

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Creates lesson plans that are balanced and appropriate to development levels
• Document learning experience through displays and pictures
• Maintains positive informal and formal communication with families on a daily basis
• Maintains a safe, comforting and stimulating environment for children
• Facilitates and maintains childcare licensing standards
• Friendly and a desire to work as a team in a rewarding, fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a preschool environment
• Strong verbal communicator with an upbeat personality who is comfortable and excels with speaking to parents
