Job summary

The Learning Experience in Edgewood, Alabama is seeking a passionate lead toddler teacher to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom for toddlers. You will implement our LEAP curriculum with fun characters and help children learn through play and discovery.

Build strong relationships with families and colleagues, communicate progress via apps and meetings, and support children's social and emotional growth.

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required).
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).

• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum using our fun and engaging characters, making TLE a place where learning is fun!
• Build relationships with families and colleagues, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.

As a Toddler Teacher, you will:

Compensation: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
