The Learning Experience is hiring Experienced Toddler Teachers for a 2's classroom in the United States. Join a fast-growing early education network that emphasizes a joyful, engaging environment where teachers can showcase their talents and advance their careers.

You will lead a safe, nurturing classroom, implement our LEAP curriculum with engaging characters, and communicate regularly with families through apps and meetings. A strong passion for early childhood education is essential.

Qualifications

• Must love children and have a nurturing, caring nature.
• Have a genuine passion for early childhood education.
• Two years of professional experience preferred or twelve months required.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the overall classroom management, leading a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
• Use the LEAP curriculum and engaging characters to drive the curriculum and make the learning space fun.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's adventures and achievements.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic learning environment.

Responsibilities of Toddler Teacher

• Be responsible for the overall classroom management, leading a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.

• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through a variety of avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.

Requirements for Toddler Teachers

• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).
