Program Name: Eastside Early Learning Center

Program Address: 345 Blackstone Blvd, Providence, RI 02906

Position Description: Small nonprofit center on the Eastside of Providence is looking for a full‑time toddler teacher.

Hours: Monday through Friday, mornings only 9:00 am - 5:30 pm.

Requirements: Must be hardworking, energetic, dependable and reliable person.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to toddlers’ developmental needs.
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children, ensuring their physical and emotional well‑being.
• Facilitate daily activities that promote learning through play and exploration.
• Diaper changing.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively, fostering positive interactions among children.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress and any concerns.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.
