The Learning Experience in Palm Coast, FL is seeking a dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team.

You'll plan and implement age-appropriate lessons using our LEAP Curriculum, create a nurturing classroom, and partner with families to support each child's growth. The role runs full-time, Monday–Friday, with competitive hourly pay and opportunities for advancement within a joyful, kid-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Must meet Florida DCF licensing requirements for Preschool Teachers.

Teacher

Pay: $16 – $19 per hour (based experience & qualifications)

Location: The Learning Experience – Palm Coast, FL

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

• Encourage independence, creativity, and kindness in every child.

What You’ll Bring

• Passion for early childhood education and a desire to make a lasting impact.
• Previous experience in a preschool, daycare, or childcare setting preferred.
• Ability to create engaging, play-based learning experiences.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Must meet Florida DCF licensing requirements for Preschool Teachers.
