Job summary

The Learning Experience is seeking a qualified Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood education team at our Foxboro, MA location. You will create a safe, nurturing classroom and deliver hands-on learning experiences that support language, independence, and social development.

We value educators who can maintain routines, communicate with families, and collaborate with leadership while adhering to MA EEC requirements and our LEAP curriculum.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification required.
• Previous toddler, daycare, preschool, or childcare experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of toddler development.
• Patient, dependable, energetic, and nurturing.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must meet applicable Massachusetts EEC requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging Toddler classroom.
• Implement The Learning Experience’s proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum.
• Plan developmentally appropriate hands‑on learning experiences.
• Encourage language, movement, independence, and social‑emotional development.
• Support meals, diapering/toileting, rest time, outdoor play, and transitions.
• Maintain consistent routines and positive classroom guidance.
• Observe children's development and support individual milestones.
• Communicate regularly with families.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and center leadership.
• Follow Massachusetts EEC regulations and center policies.

Pay: $22–$23 per hour

Toddler Teachers to join our early childhood education team.

Toddlers are busy building language, independence, friendships, and confidence every day. We're looking for qualified educators who can channel that energy and curiosity into meaningful learning experiences in a warm, structured classroom.

What You’ll Do
