The Learning Experience - Wesley Chapel, FL is seeking an Experienced Toddler/Lead Preschool Teacher to join our team in a dynamic learning environment. You will create a welcoming classroom, implement the L.E.A.P.

• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschoolers in keeping with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their children’s adventures and achievements via apps and discussions.
• Partner with daycare staff and leadership to support enrollment and engagement goals.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers to foster a dynamic learning environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.

As an Experienced Toddler Teacher, you will:
