Job summary

The Learning Experience Cimarron Hills is seeking a Toddler Teacher to nurture development in children ages 12–36 months. You will provide consistent routines, engaging activities, and a supportive, caring environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining a safe classroom, supervising staff-child ratios, following licensing rules, and documenting progress while partnering with families and leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience working with toddlers preferred.
• Colorado Shines PDIS Credential 3.0 Level 2 or higher preferred.
• CDA, Early Childhood Education coursework, or willingness to obtain.

Pay:

$18.00–$21.00/hour, based on credentials and experience

Schedule:

Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Up to $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

• $500 after 45 days of employment
• $500 after 90 days of employment
• Sign-on bonus eligibility is based on meeting attendance and performance expectations and remaining in good standing.

About the Role

As a Toddler Teacher, you will work with children ages 12–36 months and support their development through nurturing care, consistent routines, and engaging learning experiences.
