Job summary

Bi-County Community Action Programs, Inc. seeks an early childhood educator focused on infants and toddlers to create a safe, nurturing classroom. You will plan engaging activities aligned with Head Start standards, observe child development, and document progress.

You will collaborate daily with a co-teacher, aides, and volunteers to support children and families. The role requires a CDA for infants/toddlers, with preferred associate or bachelor's in Early Childhood Education, and MN DHS

Qualifications

• CDA in Infant/Toddler development is required.
• Preferred degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Must meet MN DHS Rule 3 licensing and pass DHS background check.

A Day in the Life

Qualifications

• Minimum: Infant/Toddler Child Development Associate (CDA)
• Preferred: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field with experience teaching young children.
• Must meet MN DHS Rule 3 licensing requirements and pass a DHS background study.

Wages

Full-time, 40 hours/week, year round. Wage Range: With CDA: $19.70 –$27.59/hour; With Associate's: $21.08 –$29.52/hour; With Bachelor's: $24.13–$33.79/hour. Retention Bonuses Available. Benefits: Competitive package, including medical, dental, vision, life, retirement, and paid leave.
Schedule: 9 hours/day Monday–Thursday; 4 hours on Fridays.
