Job summary

Bi-County Community Action Programs, Inc. in Bemidji, MN seeks an Early Childhood Teacher to support toddlers and preschoolers within Head Start. The role emphasizes a safe, nurturing classroom and engaging activities aligned with Head Start standards.

You will observe child development, maintain detailed records, and collaborate daily with a co-teacher, aides, and volunteers to support families. A degree in ECE is required, plus licensing compliance.

Qualifications

• Must meet MN DHS Rule 3 licensing requirements and pass a DHS background study.

Wages

Full-time, 40 hours/week, school year position. Wage Range: With Associate's: $21.08 –$29.52/hour; With Bachelor's: $24.13–$33.79/hour. Retention Bonuses Available. Benefits: Competitive package, including medical, dental, vision, life, retirement, and paid leave during the school year.

Schedule: 9 hours/day Monday–Thursday; 4 hours on Fridays.
