Your Responsibilities:

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom environment for young children to learn, play, and grow
• Use a growth mindset to inspire a love of learning and develop young minds
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, working with infants, toddlers, or preschoolers, tailored to each child's needs
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning
• Communicate regularly with parents about their children's progress and achievements through various channels, including mobile apps and personal discussions
• Partner with center staff and leadership to support enrollment and engagement goals
• Build strong relationships with families and colleagues to foster a dynamic, seamless learning environment

Qualifications:

• Passion for children's education and care
• At least six months of professional teaching experience (required), or one year (preferred)
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field (preferred), or a high school diploma/GED (required)
