The Malvern School is seeking a Lead Teacher for the Toddler classroom at The Malvern School of Malvern. This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field.
• Bachelor’s degree with 30 credit hours in the relevant fields plus 1 year of experience with children.
• Associate’s degree in the relevant fields plus 2 years of experience with children.
• Associate’s degree with 30 credit hours plus 3 years of experience with children.

Responsibilities

• Plans, supervises and implements a superior Early Childhood Educational program in accordance with school policies and The Malvern School philosophy.
• Maintains a safe, healthy and educational environment for the class.
• Communicates regularly with parents, in person and through technology, meeting or exceeding parent expectations.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field
