Cadence Education in West Linn, OR is seeking a Preschool Lead Teacher to create a warm, inclusive classroom and deliver developmentally appropriate curriculum under the guidance of the School Director.

You will build strong relationships with families, ensure safety, follow licensing requirements, and participate in trainings and CDA-related goals while supporting each child’s growth.

Qualifications

• Must meet state licensing requirements for Lead Teachers in a licensed childcare center.
• 6–12 months of early childhood or classroom experience preferred.
• CDA, CCP, EEC or NAC credential may be required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment.
