Cadence Education is hiring a Preschool Lead Teacher to provide a safe, engaging learning environment for young children. You will plan and deliver curriculum, lead classroom operations, and support the developmental needs of all students, including those with IEPs.

You will work under the School Director, collaborating with families and staff to uphold Cadence Education standards and Signature Programs while meeting licensing requirements and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–12 months of early childhood or classroom experience.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Must meet state licensing requirements for Lead Teachers.

Responsabilités

• Create a warm, welcoming classroom where every child is treated with dignity and care.
• Build positive relationships with children and families through daily greetings and ongoing communication.
• Recognize diverse developmental, behavioral, and learning needs, including supporting IEPs and behavior plans.
• Plan, implement, and document developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with Cadence Education programs.
• Maintain a safe, well‑supervised classroom following Cadence safety guidelines.
• Document accidents, incidents, and escalated behaviors per policy and licensing requirements.
