Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CDA preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience with young children in a licensed childcare or preschool setting preferred.
• State-required pre-service training completed.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities for toddlers 12–24 months using the Wonder of Learning curriculum.
• Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Communicate openly and positively with families about child progress and activities.
• Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities to ensure health and safety.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
• Observe and document children's learning to inform activities and share insights with families.
• Support Assistant Teachers and other staff to foster a collaborative team.
• Model positive guidance to promote social-emotional growth.
