Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associate or bachelor in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CDA (Child Development Associate) preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience with young children in licensed setting preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities and implement age-appropriate lessons using Wonder of Learning curriculum.
• Create a safe, nurturing, inclusive classroom environment.
• Maintain open, positive communication with families about child progress.
• Supervise children indoors and outdoors to uphold safety standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
• Observe and document children's learning to inform activities for families.
