The Learning Experience - Middletown is seeking an experienced Lead Toddler Teacher to join our expanding Middletown, NY center. You will lead a structured toddler classroom, deliver developmentally appropriate curriculum, and ensure a safe, compliant learning environment for young children.

Qualifications

• CDA (Infant/Toddler) required

The Learning Experience of Middletown is seeking an experienced, professional, and dedicated Lead Toddler Teacher to join our growing team.

Our center is expanding enrollment, and we are looking for a serious early childhood educator who understands that the toddler years are foundational. This is a critical stage of development — where language explodes, independence forms, and social-emotional skills begin to take shape.

We are not simply looking for someone who “likes kids.” We are looking for someone who understands early childhood education, thrives in structured environments, and takes pride in their role as a leader in the classroom.

• CDA (Infant/Toddler)
• Currently enrolled in an Early Childhood Education program
• Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education
