Job summary

Kids In Action is seeking a dependable, energetic Toddler Float Teacher to support our toddler classrooms. Responsibilities include assisting teachers, supervising children, helping with daily routines, and maintaining a safe, fun, and engaging learning environment.

Hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Compensation ranges from $11.00 to $14.00 per hour, with additional benefits and bonus opportunities based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must meet or exceed state licensing requirements for age, education and experience.
• 1 year experience in early education preferred.
• Able to bend, stoop and run; able to lift and carry children.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers and supervise children in toddler classrooms.
• Help with daily routines and maintain a safe, engaging learning environment.
• Provide energetic support to create a positive classroom atmosphere.
