Job summary

The Learning Experience - Glen Mills, PA is seeking a passionate Floater Teacher to join our preschool team from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, Monday through Friday, to support classrooms and create a safe, engaging learning environment.

You will work across classrooms using the LEAP curriculum, build relationships with families, and participate in ongoing training and development to grow as an educator.

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience preferred or six months required.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field preferred.
• Passion for education and care of children.

Responsibilities

• Gain experience teaching within every classroom.

• Implement the LEAP curriculum using engaging characters.
• Build relationships with families and colleagues to foster play and learning.

As a Floater Teacher, you will:

• Gain experience teaching within every classroom

Do You:

• Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children?
• Have one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required)?
