Job summary

The role requires meeting state and company education requirements, including 12 ECE units and 18+ years old, with the opportunity to pursue a CDA or college degree at no cost.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
• 12 ECE units completed; Infant/Toddler class required for Infant/Toddler positions; transcripts required at hire
• College-level coursework in ECE, CDA, or an associate/bachelor's degree in ECE or related field preferred
• 1 year of professional experience teaching in child care, daycare, or preschool settings preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) required
