Bright Horizons Family Solutions, LLC. is seeking a full-time Teacher in the Mountain View, CA area to work with toddlers in a caring, educational environment.

You will create engaging activities, communicate milestones with families, and maintain a safe classroom following Bright Horizons policies and guidelines. The role emphasizes developmentally appropriate practice and ongoing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) is required.
• 12 ECE units completed: Child Development, Child Family Community and 2 curriculum courses.
• Infant/Toddler class is required if applying for that position.
• College-level coursework in early childhood education, CDA, or an associate or bachelor's degree in early education or related field is preferred.
• 1 year of professional experience teaching in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children
• Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child's daily milestones
• Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines
