Our House Montessori is looking for a full-time classroom assistant to join our team in our toddler environment, working with children aged 18 months to 3 years old. We seek candidates with a strong interest in early childhood development and Montessori philosophy. Montessori experience is not required but is a significant plus. The ideal candidate has experience in a Montessori setting and either holds an infant/toddler credential or is considering training soon, seeking a school that supports their growth and development.
The compensation package is highly competitive, based on experience and qualifications. It includes a rich benefits package with paid vacation, paid school closures, fully covered health, dental, and vision insurance, and a commuter subsidy.
