An established industry player is seeking dedicated educators to join their team as Teacher Assistants. This full-time role involves supporting Infant/Toddler, Twos, and Preschool classrooms, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children. We are seeking dedicated and passionate educators to join in supporting our Infant/Toddler, Twos, and Preschool teaching teams. This position would be four, 10-hour days a week (40 hours a week) full-time teacher assistant with a rotating day off each week. This position would support the classroom and classroom teams by helping create a caring and safe environment for students.
Teacher assistants must be able to communicate, listen, and work well with others in a team environment. Teacher assistants must also support the staff in implementing a quality educational program and in developing positive relationships with the children and their parents. The Teacher Assistant is responsible for implementing developmentally appropriate activities based on children's interests and needs under the direction of the Lead Teacher and the Program Coordinators.
