Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional childcare experience preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED required. College ECE coursework highly preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn.
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® with children.
• Communicate regularly with parents about children's progress.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for children.
• Communicate regularly with parents about achievements.
• Support center staff and leadership to achieve goals.
