Job summary

The Learning Experience is seeking Lead Teachers to cultivate a joyful, nurturing classroom where children can learn and grow. You will lead a dynamic team, model best practices, and implement the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum across age groups to support individual development.

You will engage families, share progress, and partner with center staff to drive enrollment and engagement while maintaining a safe environment for every child in our care.

Qualifications

• 1 year of professional teaching experience preferred; at least six months required.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field preferred; HS diploma/GED required.
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; provide feedback.
• Implement the LEAP Curriculum in a way that fits each child’s unique needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents about children’s progress via apps and discussions.
• Support center goals around enrollment and engagement with center staff and leadership.
• Ensure the safety and security of each child.
