Job summary

The Malvern School in Blue Bell, PA is seeking an Assistant Teacher for the Toddler classroom. This full-time position runs Monday through Friday and offers a collaborative, growth-oriented environment designed to support early childhood professionals.

You will help deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate activities, maintain a safe and healthy classroom, and communicate regularly with parents to meet expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and be at least 18 years old.
• At least 2500 hours of documented experience with young children in a licensed facility, OR 15 college credits (or CDA) and at least 1250 hours of experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing the early childhood education program in accordance with school policies and Malvern School philosophy.
• Maintain a safe, healthy and educational environment for the class.
• Communicate regularly with parents in person and through technology, meeting (or exceeding) parent expectations.
