Job summary

The Malvern School is seeking an Assistant Teacher for the Toddler classroom at The Malvern School of Blue Bell. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday and offers a comprehensive benefits package within a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

You will assist in delivering high-quality Early Childhood Education, ensure a safe and engaging classroom, and maintain open communication with families using in-person and digital tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and be at least 18 years old.
• 2500 hours (1 year, 4 months) of documented experience with young children in a licensed facility OR 15 college credits (or CDA) and 1250 hours (8 months) documented experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing a superior Early Childhood Education program.
• Maintain a safe, healthy and educational environment for the class.
• Communicate regularly with parents, in person and via technology.
