Job summary

The Malvern School of Malvern, PA is seeking an Assistant Teacher for the Toddler classroom in a full-time role, Monday through Friday at The Malvern School of Malvern. The address is 250 Paoli Pike, Malvern, PA 19355.

You will assist in implementing our Early Childhood Education program, maintain a safe and engaging classroom, and communicate with parents using in-person and digital tools. The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma and relevant child care experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and be at least 18 years of age.
• At least 2500 hours (1 year, 4 months) of documented experience with young children in a licensed facility OR 15 relevant college credits (or CDA) and at least 1250 hours (8 months) documented experience with young children in a licensed facility.

Responsibilities

• Weekly implement a superior Early Childhood Education program in accordance with school policies and Malvern School philosophy.
• Maintain a safe, healthy and educational environment for the class.
• Communicate regularly with parents, in person and through technology, meeting or exceeding parent expectations.
