Virtua Health in New Jersey seeks a part-time professional to provide child development evaluations and to determine goals and plans of treatment for behaviorally disordered toddlers. This role operates on-site within our pediatric program and contributes to ASD-related assessment initiatives.

Under clinical supervision, you will perform assessments, communicate with families, and develop home- and community-based behavior management strategies while maintaining timely records and collaborating

Qualificações

• Minimum of two years experience providing direct care services to individuals ages birth to 5 implementing behavioral intervention programs.
• Bachelor of Arts or Sciences in special education, early childhood or psychology.
• Crisis Management Certification preferred.
• Coursework in behavioral methodology for children.
• Valid driver's license may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Conducts comprehensive child development evaluations and treatment planning.
• Communicates with families to provide education and resources.
• Develops and implements home and community-based behavior management plans.
• Maintains records and tracks progress of behavioral programs.
• Collaborates with team and utilizes support staff as needed.
