Job summary

Grace Community Care & Homes seeks a part-time Behavior Technician to support Developmental Disabilities and Autism services in New Jersey. You will deliver behavioral interventions under clinical supervision, collect data, assist in skill development, and maintain documentation and boundaries.

The role collaborates with leadership, intake, credentialing, billing and quality teams, ensuring confidentiality and program compliance. Availability for start date and locations will be discussed.

Qualifications

• Relevant behavioral-treatment experience.
• Technician credential or training required for payer and program.
• Willingness to follow BCBA supervision.
